2. Purpose of the website and forms

KitchenPro.cz presents services and allows visitors to send non-binding requests. Sending a form does not automatically create a contract or an obligation to order or provide a service.

After receiving a request, we may contact you, clarify the assignment and prepare an individual quotation based on the scope of work, place of performance and available dates.

3. Contract formation

  • A contract is formed only when a specific quotation is accepted or the agreement is otherwise expressly confirmed by you and the operator.
  • A quotation may be sent by email, discussed by phone or confirmed in another agreed way.
  • Scope of work, price, date, payment terms and possible deposits are set individually.
  • Changes to scope, additional work or date changes require mutual agreement.

4. Price and payment

Prices shown or discussed on the website are not an automatic online order. The final price is set in the quotation according to the specific assignment. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is made in the way and by the date stated in the quotation or customer agreement.

5. Customer obligations

  • provide accurate and complete information needed for pricing and service delivery;
  • ensure access to the place of performance at the agreed time;
  • prepare the space, documents, materials and cooperation agreed before work starts;
  • inform us about hidden defects, restrictions, utility lines, building management requirements or other circumstances that may affect the work;
  • accept the result or notify specific objections without undue delay.

6. Dates, changes and cancellation

Dates are agreed individually. If either party needs to change a date, it should inform the other party as soon as possible. If work has already been prepared or started, reasonable costs may be charged for late cancellation where they were agreed in advance or follow from the specific agreement.

7. Consumers and right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and the contract is concluded at a distance or away from business premises, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Czech law. If you expressly request that the service starts before this period expires, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided. If the service is fully performed with your prior express consent before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal may be lost.

8. Complaints and defects

Send any complaint to info@kitchenpro.cz. Include a description of the defect, date of service, contact details and preferably photos. We will handle the complaint without undue delay according to the nature of the service and applicable law.

We are not liable for defects caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer information, hidden defects of the premises, unprofessional interventions by third parties or materials not supplied by us, unless agreed otherwise.

9. Website use and content

Website content, texts, photos and graphic elements are protected by copyright or third-party rights. They may not be copied or used beyond normal website viewing without consent.

10. Personal data and cookies

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookie use and consent management are described in the Cookie Policy.

11. Alternative dispute resolution for consumers

If a consumer dispute arising from a service contract cannot be resolved by agreement, the consumer may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Prague 1, coi.gov.cz, especially via adr.coi.cz.

12. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If language versions differ, the Czech version prevails, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

13. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. For a specific order, the version effective when the contract is concluded applies, unless the parties agree otherwise.
