The actual list may vary depending on the current Trustwards installation, analytics setup and technical website configuration. Trustwards may scan the website and show the current cookie list in the banner or consent settings. If we add a new tool, it should be shown in Trustwards and reflected on this page.

4. Google Analytics

If you consent to analytics, the website may use Google Analytics 4. Google Analytics helps obtain aggregated statistics about visits, pages used, devices and interactions. We use this information to improve the website and services.

Google Analytics does not run before consent is given. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. When Google services are used, data may be processed outside the EEA under appropriate legal mechanisms.

5. How consent works

  • On the first visit, Trustwards displays a cookie banner with options to accept, reject or manage individual categories.
  • Necessary cookies remain active because they are required for the website to work.
  • Analytics cookies are stored only after your consent.
  • You can change or withdraw consent at any time using the cookie settings button in the website footer.

6. How to delete cookies

You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. If you delete cookies, the website may ask you to set consent again and some functions may behave as on a first visit.

7. Legal basis

Necessary storage or access is possible without consent where it is required for transmitting a communication or for an information society service expressly requested by the user. Analytics and other non-technical cookies are used only with prior consent under Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll. and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

8. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this policy if the cookies, tools or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
