On-site survey
We come to you and assess the existing layout of electrical sockets, water and drainage. We compare it with the kitchen plan and identify what needs to be moved.
A socket in the wrong place, water where it shouldn't be, a missing power circuit for the hob — these are the most common reasons why an installation stops halfway and the kitchen stays disassembled for another 14 days. We move electricity, water and drainage exactly where the kitchen plan requires. Electrician and plumber are part of our team — they work on the same day as the installers.
So the installation does not stop halfway

How it works
We come to you and assess the existing layout of electrical sockets, water and drainage. We compare it with the kitchen plan and identify what needs to be moved.
Within two working days you receive a written quote with a specific list of works and a final price. No commitment.
Electrician and plumber arrive on the same day. Sockets, water and drainage move exactly to the positions per the kitchen plan. Work per ČSN standards.
After completion the space is handed over ready for direct kitchen installation — no further tradespeople needed.
We send the quote within 2 working days.
What exactly we do

A new kitchen rarely matches the existing layout of electrical sockets, water supply or drainage piping. If the kitchen plan does not match the actual state of the utilities, they have to be adjusted before installation starts — otherwise the installation can not be done correctly or safely.
All works are carried out in compliance with the valid Czech technical standard ČSN and regulations for the safety of electrical installations and indoor water supply.
Electrical and plumbing work is provided with the required authorisations — no subcontractor, no hand-off to other tradespeople.
A socket in the wrong place, water where it shouldn't be, a missing power circuit for the hob — these are the most common reasons why the installation stops halfway and the kitchen sits disassembled for another 14 days.
With us the utilities are moved before the cabinets arrive.
Electrical installation, water and drainage — everything the kitchen plan needs so the installation runs without delays.

FAQ
The price depends on the scope of changes — how many sockets need to be moved, how far, whether new circuits are needed and how far the water supply has to go. We set the exact amount after the on-site survey and hand it over in writing, so you know upfront what the full preparation costs.
Material (cables, boxes, pipes, fittings) is standard part of the quote, not an on-site surcharge.
Standard relocation of sockets and water we handle in 1 working day. For larger changes (rerouting to another wall, full appliance cabling) 2 days. After completion the kitchen installation can start practically right away.
Yes. We work in compliance with ČSN 33 2000 (low-voltage electrical installations), ČSN 75 5409 (internal water supply) and ČSN 75 6760 (internal drainage). Our electrician and plumber hold the required authorisations including the qualification under Decree 50/1978 Coll. for electrotechnics.
If new circuits were built or cabling was changed to an extent that requires an inspection, we issue an inspection report as part of the delivery. For small socket moves without intervention in the main distribution board, an inspection is usually not mandatory.
Few new kitchens fit exactly the original layout of sockets, water and drainage. Built-in appliances (dishwasher, oven, induction hob) need their own circuits, the sink often moves due to the layout, and the extractor requires power at a different height.
If this is not handled upfront, the installation stops — and the kitchen sits dismantled for another 7–14 days until another tradesperson arrives.
Yes. We respect quiet hours and noise limits set by the building rules. If the HOA requires consent for structural changes, we help you prepare a scope of works for approval — you secure the board approval, we deliver.
No problem — we provide the service separately as well. We can do only electrical, only water, or any combination. The price reflects the actual scope.
Kitchen-installation companies typically have no in-house electrician or plumber — they hire subcontractors. That means coordinating three different tradespeople, different dates, different responsibilities and no one accountable for the result as a whole.
With us the electrician, plumber and installer are part of one team. One date, one quote, one responsibility.
Prague and Central Bohemia. By arrangement we work across the Czech Republic and in eastern and southern Germany (Bavaria, Saxony, etc.). Travel is itemised transparently in the quote.
