Replacing an old worktop with a modern artificial stone worktop in Kladno

Complications and technical challenges:

• Hood installation in difficult conditions: One of the most complex tasks was installing the extractor hood into an upper cabinet that had not been structurally designed for it by the manufacturer. The customer also required the installation to be done without dismantling the surrounding kitchen and without removing the upper cabinets from the wall. Even in these extremely limited and tight conditions, we successfully handled this technical challenge.
• Layout change: The original kitchen had to be carefully dismantled and the modules moved exactly according to the new technical brief so that a new, fully functional set could be created.

Worktop processing and installation:
After successfully rearranging the cabinets into the new formation, we proceeded with processing and installing the worktops for the main line and the new island.

• Focus on safety and detail: To ensure maximum safety in use and eliminate sharp edges after formatting, we precisely milled the edges along the full length of both worktops with a 3.7 mm radius. For a perfect aesthetic and functional result, we also milled and rounded all worktop corners to a 35 mm radius.

Result: The transformation of the space was truly remarkable. The customer and all relatives who saw the result of our work were absolutely delighted with the new look. The old kitchen gained such a fresh and modern appearance that it looked as if we had installed a brand-new premium kitchen the customer had been dreaming of for the last 10 years.
