The reality of our daily practice is that we constantly fight uneven surfaces. From our experience, only about 1 in 200 kitchens is installed into an ideally prepared space where the deviation over the full kitchen length is an acceptable 2-4 mm, which is an excellent result. In all other cases we deal with unevenness and height differences of at least 1 centimetre or more. Remember: perfectly straight masonry and flooring are the foundation that allows your new kitchen to look and function at 100%.
