This Privacy Policy explains how KitchenPro.cz processes personal data of website visitors, people who send a service request through a form, and customers discussing kitchen installation or related services with us.

A data protection officer has not been appointed because the current scope of processing does not require one.

2. Personal data we process

  • identity and contact details: first name, last name, email, phone number and, where relevant, the installation address;
  • request details: service type, kitchen or project description, preferred date, photos or attachments if you send them;
  • communication with you: emails, call notes and agreed next steps;
  • contract and accounting data if a service is ordered;
  • technical website data: IP address, device and browser data, server logs and cookie identifiers depending on your consent settings.

4. Website forms

Forms are used to send a non-binding request for KitchenPro.cz services. We use the submitted data only to contact you, clarify the assignment, prepare a quotation or continue with an ordered service.

Without contact details we usually cannot handle the request. Please do not send sensitive information that is not relevant to the request.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not sell personal data and do not provide it to third parties for their own marketing. Data may be processed only by providers necessary for website operation, forms, email, hosting, IT support, accounting, legal protection or consent management. Cookie consent and ongoing cookie checks will be handled through Trustwards as the WordPress consent management platform.

The website and form data are stored on servers in Germany. Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited; when Google services are used, transfers outside the EEA may take place under appropriate legal mechanisms, especially standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision where applicable.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

7. Cookies and analytics

Details about technical, preference and analytics cookies are provided in the Cookie Policy. Analytics cookies and Google Analytics are activated only after your consent in the Trustwards cookie banner. You can change your choice through the cookie settings button in the website footer.

8. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated individual decision-making or profiling that would have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the website, used services, legal requirements or processing practices change. The current version is always available on this page.
