Join our team
To be upfront: we don’t pay by the hour and we don’t offer fixed salaries. We work on a profit-share model — each person receives a directly agreed percentage of the net profit from the projects they work on. The better and more efficiently you work, the more you earn. There’s no ceiling. We also offer access to official manufacturer training for those who want to expand their qualifications and take on higher-value projects.
We’re currently looking for:
Kitchen installer
Assembling and installing kitchens from IKEA, Bauhaus, Möbelix, XXXLutz, Oresi, DanKüchen, Chornbach and other brands, following each manufacturer’s specifications. Previous experience in kitchen or furniture installation is a strong advantage — we’re also open to people with good hands-on skills who are willing to learn. Work locations: across the Czech Republic and in eastern and south-eastern Germany. Czech language is helpful but not a strict requirement.
Electrician
Pre-installation electrical works for kitchen projects: relocating sockets, running new cabling, setting up dedicated appliance circuits. A valid Czech electrical qualification (§6 of Regulation 50/1978 or higher) is required. Solid experience in residential electrical installation is essential. Work locations: Czech Republic and eastern and south-eastern Germany.
Plumber
Repositioning water supply and waste connections as part of kitchen preparation works. Relevant trade qualification and demonstrated experience in residential plumbing are required. A valid trade licence or legal work authorisation is necessary. Work locations: Czech Republic and eastern and south-eastern Germany.
If this sounds like what you’re looking for, send us a short message about your background and experience. We respond to every enquiry and, where there’s a mutual fit, we’ll arrange a conversation.
We’re looking for partners
We’re interested in working with people and businesses who regularly connect clients with kitchen installation needs. We operate across the Czech Republic and in eastern and south-eastern Germany, and we have steady work — what we value in partners is reliability and consistent quality.
Trade subcontracting — installers, electricians, plumbers
If you work independently or run a small team and want a regular stream of projects without having to source clients yourself, we’d like to hear from you. We offer clear written terms and reliable payment schedules. Manufacturer certifications are a plus but not a requirement.
Referral partnerships — designers, estate agents, relocation companies
If your clients regularly need kitchen installation — expats moving in, homeowners renovating, developers fitting out — there’s a natural basis for working together. We handle everything professionally and you can recommend us with confidence. Get in touch to discuss how a referral arrangement could work.
Drop us a short message describing what you do and what kind of collaboration you have in mind.
