Before you get in touch
On business days within 24 hours, often faster. Weekend messages are answered by Monday morning at the latest. If it’s urgent, call directly — we pick up phone until 20:00.
For an indicative quote we need:
- Address (district is fine) — for travel and access
- Kitchen brand if you’ve chosen one (IKEA, Bauhaus, etc.)
- Approximate length of the run or number of cabinets
- What you need — install, utilities, worktop or combination
- Planned date
For a fixed price we arrange a site visit — usually within a week
Quotes are always free and without commitment. A site visit for a fixed price is included in the quote for standard projects. For larger projects or longer travel we agree individually — always in writing up front.
Yes. We communicate in Czech, English and Russian. Write in whichever language is comfortable for you — we reply in the same one. Contract paperwork and the quote are prepared in the language you choose.
Depends on the situation:
- WhatsApp + photos — fastest for an initial orientation
- Email — for detailed questions, plans, documents
- Phone — for specific questions and booking a site visit
- In-person meeting — at the site visit or, by agreement, on neutral ground
Our tax ID (IČO) is 19650981. Full billing details come with the quote. We operate as a standard Czech business — proper invoices, including VAT IDs for VAT-registered customers.
Prague and Central Bohemia. By arrangement we work across the Czech Republic and in eastern and southern Germany (Bavaria, Saxony, etc.). Travel is itemised transparently in the quote.
We don’t have a classic showroom — we work on site. If you want to see our work, we can recommend visiting a completed kitchen or meeting on an active job site with the client’s consent. Consultations normally happen at your place — more efficient because we see the space directly.
